Monument Nusa Dua

Monument Nusa Dua is located at jalan bypass I Gusti Ngurah Rai. You might think this impressive building is of ancient times, but in fact this memorial was built in 2008 and is partially open for public.

The monument is actually known as “Monumen Perang Kemerdekaan 1945 di Jimbaran” or Jimbaran’s Monument of Independence War 1945. It reflects the Jimbaran people’s struggle fighting for freedom from Dutch.

Nusa Dua Monument is about 30 minutes drive from Ngurah Rai airport.
